Shooting Range
- Reloaded going to security tomorrow with insurance details
- Shooting Range to go ahead on Wednesday given permission.
- Reloaded guys staying to run it for most of the day

- Trip taking place thursday 15th to the Warehouse

D-DAY
- Ciaran to book room in business building
- 2pm next wednesday

-Bar upstairs in Slipper won't be open, so bring pints from downstairs

Competition Ideas
- Need a question. Suggestion: Who Starred in Saving Private Ryan?

C&S Day Table Booking
- Shane to attend meeting Wednesday at 12(noon)
- Hub ground floor as close to bookshop as possible is the ideal location

C&S Day Planning
- Sign ups can only be taken at one stand, so take them at the indoor one in the Hub
- Shooting range for tuesday, hopefully wednesday.
- Permission granted for shooting range
- Ciaran to work out a timetable for everyone to be there

First Trip
- Compound still not open. Insurance issues.
- If not open in a few weeks we need to price other outdoor venues, just for provisional basis.
- Warehouse trip on the thursday of d-day as our first trip.

New Hoodies
- Maybe a variation of colours
- Stick with the green for standard
- Possible different colour for committee, undecided.

Minutes 21st September 09 Website ideas   

• Galery needs to be integrated properly
• Have a few different stylesheets for the website that can be interchanged to suit an event
• Twitter feed on the main page to show activity
• Less tabs to link to different pages.
• New banner needed for the main site
• We should wipe the forums to get rid of spam
• Integrate the forums
